Mission
Our mission is given to us by Our Lord as recorded in Matthew, chapter twenty eight: Go make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit AND teaching them to keep everything i have commanded you. and I will be with you always into the end of the age!
God wants ALL to have Life in His Son Jesus Christ - including YOU!
God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die in our place on the cross and rise again from the dead! Jesus has conquered sin, death and the devil.
He gives this Life through His church by the power of the Holy Spirit-through baptism, teaching, preaching, holy communion, and forgiveness!
Life means forgiveness of sins and hope of the resurrection.
As members of Emmanuel we are not only a part of God's loving mission to the world, but we ourselves are works in progress, regularly receiving His grace and mercy!
